Task 1：look and learn.

Show a pictures of Xu Song , a famous singer and ask students to talk about him.

【设计意图】听力模仿后，让学生大声朗读这些句子，目的是让学生在读的过程中，更进一步了解文章内容,加深对所学文章深层次的理解，锻炼学生的口语表达能力。特别是要给后进生表现的机会。同时也为读后输出做准备.

教学反思： 

在本节课一开始，进行阳光展示-----你一言  我一语， 用学过的句子从身高、体型或发型三方面来描述你的长相，吸引了学生的注意力，把学生一下子全都动起来。接着图片展示问答和抢答竞赛， 增强学生的竞争意识，即调动了学生的积极性， 又激发学生的学习热情。为本课阅读打下好的基础，为投入本课的学习创造积极的心理状态，并引入本节课的主题：对报纸文章 An interesting job的阅读。快速阅读读取大意，降低了阅读的难度，增强了学生尤其是中下等水平学生的自信心；通过读取细节，培养学生在阅读的过程中，根据任务要求,抓住细节，解决实际问题的能力和快速浏览信息和迅速扑捉有用信息能力，利于提高学生的阅读能力。同时在语言输出环节，由填3a例文到小组讨论再到书写自己的好朋友。层层递进，轻松写作。我让学生在图片中感受快乐，让他们快乐的表达，快乐的展示自己。并运用鼓励性的语言让他们体会成功的快乐。

亮点：

1.分层次阅读指导，并鼓励后进生展示，让他们树立自信，鼓励学生积极写作。

2.本节课设计了多个环节来锻炼学生的阅读和口语表达能力。充分地调动了学生的学习热情，特别是小组活动环节更是把整堂课推向了高潮。

不足之处：

一节课内容设计的有些多，同时本节课容量较大，部分环节不能很好的展示与训练。

使用建议：由于本课的容量较大，预习内容一定要提前布置给学生，便于学生更有目的性的去预习，提高课上做题速度,以确保本课的课堂效率。
